Golf is back

FYI – The most common golf related injury is golfers elbow. The pain of golfer’s elbow occurs primarily where the tendons of the forearm muscles attach to the bony bump on the inside of the elbow (medial epicondyle). Left untreated, golfer’s elbow eventually could cause permanent disability. Loss of grip strength, chronic pain, and limited range of elbow motion. The condition can also cause a permanent contracture (bend) of the elbow.

How to Treat.
Rest, put your golf game or other repetitive activities on hold until the pain is gone.
Ice the affected area. Apply ice packs to your elbow for 15 to 20 minutes at a time, three to four times a day for several days.
Sports Massage , friction movements, Dry Needling & Kenesio Taping is vital to rehabilitate and to speed up recovery from golfers elbow.
