Stretching!

Some Food For Thought 👌🏻 stretching is hugely important for flexibility, injury prevention & quicker recovery. It keeps the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy, and we need that flexibility to maintain a range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscles shorten and become tight. Then, when you call on the muscles for activity, they are weak and unable to extend all the way.

In this paragraph, I will highlight five benefits that stretching has. Firstly, it can improve posture as tight muscles can cause poor posture. Secondly, it can improve range of motion and prevents loss of range of motion. Thirdly, stretching can decrease back pain. Fourth, it can help prevent injury. Fifth and most importantly stretching can decrease muscle soreness.
